Jane is an experienced coach, facilitator, trainer and writer, specialising in working with new parents. She has extensive experience of the issues facing women on maternity leave, women who have had a career break and women who would like to change direction in their career.
Jane has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, during which she researched the impact of coaching on women returning from maternity leave. She has written for the International Coaching Psychology Review, Coaching Today, Workplace and People Management.

Drawing on her 20 years’ experience of facilitating groups, running workshops, and working with individuals, Jane offers one to one coaching, team coaching, workshops and training, specifically directed at women on maternity leave and their managers.

“It has helped me to reflect on my strengths as a leader and work on areas where I have felt less confident.  I feel I have some tools to develop further independently.”
“This workshop helped me clarify my ideas for the future, identify the skills I already have and discuss practical and emotional issues in a supportive environment. I now feel more confident about returning to work.”

Over the years, Jane has worked with the NCT, the Rose Road Association, Public Health, Surestart, the NHS and Action for Children. Women that she has coached have worked in a variety of sectors including education, arts and science.
